The successor to the best-selling Musway MW1000A impresses with numerous well-thought-out innovations and even greater ease of use. The controls for crossover, bass boost, subsonic filter, and phase are now elegantly integrated into the upper housing cover of the new MW1100A. Thanks to this clever arrangement, the remote control has now been made significantly more compact.

The real highlight of the MW1100A is its outstanding sound. The previous model already impressed numerous satisfied users with its extremely powerful and audiophile reproduction – despite its shallow installation depth. The unanimous verdict: a high-end subwoofer that sounds like a full-fledged performance model without compromising on quality. The MW1100A delivers rich, precise bass while remaining virtually invisible in the vehicle. The perfect solution for anyone who wants to combine the highest sound quality with a discreet, space-saving design.

Another new feature is the elaborately designed, short-circuit-proof power plug. It can be easily removed if necessary – ideal when the spare wheel needs to be removed quickly and easily. The system thus combines maximum safety with maximum ease of use in everyday life. The proven components remain unchanged: the high-quality 28 cm high-end subwoofer with 76 mm voice coil and robust metal diaphragm is in a class of its own. It can withstand even extreme pressure conditions in the enclosure. The powerful Class A/B power amplifier with 150 watts RMS also remains unchanged and ensures the typical, dynamic Musway sound. Of course, the MW1100A has classic RCA and modern high-level inputs with auto turn-on.

The woofer basket and enclosure are made from a single, precision-machined part. This has allowed the integration of an additional center seal bead, which perfectly seals the cast aluminum enclosure. Thanks to the sophisticated, integral design, the spare wheel mounting bolt can be inserted directly through the subwoofer. With a diameter of only 36 cm and a height of only 12.1 cm, the MW1100A fits easily into spare and emergency wheels with a rim size of approximately 15 inches or larger. The result: a clean, invisible, and extremely space-saving installation – with full, uncompromising bass performance.
