The AMI serves as a central measurement center and offers all the relevant connections for a wide range of electrical and acoustic analysis tasks. Included is the renowned Beyerdynamic MM-1 – a precision-calibrated condenser measurement microphone "Made in Germany," optimized for in-vehicle measurements with a linear frequency response at 90°. The dedicated line input with switchable sensitivity (max. 1 V or 40 V) ensures precise analysis of both low- and high-level signals. The stereo signal output is available via RCA or an optical digital connection for direct playback in a DSP. The integrated loopback function opens up advanced measurement options, such as precise phase response and more complex signal path analyses.

Developed for full compatibility with the Audiotec Fischer DSP PC tool, the AMI is a powerful measuring instrument that unlocks the full potential of our software's tuning features. These include the Advanced Input Signal Analyzer (AISA) for detecting and correcting factory-set EQ curves, time alignment, and all-pass filters, as well as support for the Real-Time Analyzer (RTA) for precise frequency response measurements and automated tuning via our proprietary TuneEQ algorithm. The AMI also supports Automatic Time Measurement (ATM) for fully automatic speaker delay calibration – for perfect timing and picture quality across all channels.

In addition to the AMI and the Beyerdynamic MM-1 microphone, the kit includes comprehensive high-quality accessories for seamless field use: a 3 m USB-C cable with a USB-A adapter, an RCA cable with RCA-to-high-level adapters, a Toslink cable, and an XLR microphone cable. The 16 GB USB 3.0 stick with pre-installed DSP tuning tracks completes the set.
