Pandora VS-22D - 2-Zone Radar Sensor
The digital Pandora VS-22D 2-zone radar sensor is a useful extension of the security features of a Pandora alarm system. This sensor detects movement in the passenger compartment and triggers the pre-alarm or alarm. The detection range can be set to a radius of up to 3 meters. The radar sensor is mounted discreetly, e.g., under the trim on the gear lever or in the vehicle headliner near the interior light. Both zones can be configured separately and tailored to the vehicle. The outer zone only triggers the alarm system's pre-warning. If the inner zone detects movement, this activates the full alarm. Since Pandora alarm systems usually communicate with other components or mobile phones via wireless technology, this sensor is extremely immune to false alarms at frequencies not generated by the radar field.
Two outputs are available, which switch a 100 mA ground when triggered.
