ACV i-dapter Skoda / VW

The info adapter maintains the visual display of vehicle functions, such as parking sensors, climate control, and seat heating, when replacing the original radio.

Vehicle-specific settings are supported and displayed on the retrofit device.

The vehicle's steering wheel remote control function is also supported and is required to configure the adapter.

Depending on the vehicle's equipment, as well as the range of functions and software of the retrofit device, individual control functions may be omitted or replaced by other functions.

Please ensure that the original factory radios and the adapter connectors shown match the vehicle's equipment.

Please note that in some cases, not all functions are supported.
For example, Trailer Assist, E-Call, or other driver assistance and comfort systems.

Check the following before installation: Vehicle menu for various settings.

Check the functionality of the settings and the vehicle system before final assembly.

Connection: 40-pin Quadlock VW connector
Connection: OEM steering wheel remote control > 3.5mm jack / loose cable

Activate and configure the rear view camera input in the aftermarket device menu

i-dapter connection:
purple/white: +12V reversing signal
Cinch(m) ochre: rear view camera input for aftermarket device

Press and hold the steering wheel remote control track forward
Alternatively with item: 43x-remote

Vehicles without steering wheel remote control i-dapter settings required accessories:
i-dapter accessory remote control > Interface settings > Item: 43x-remote

Vehicles with white OEM FIS menu display instrument cluster
Vehicles with / without OEM sound system

Vehicles with parking assistance and front PDC > After the vehicle starts, the front PDC is displayed
Exit the display > via vehicle PDC button

+12V reversing signal is switched off at 3 km/h

Connection of an additional ground contact RCA outer conductor to the camera connection and device connection

Reimported vehicles or vehicles with different software may be functionally incompatible.

red: +12V ignition terminal 15
orange: +12V lighting terminal 58
purple/white: +12V reversing signal
pink: speed signal
green: ground GND handbrake signal

Output load capacity: 250 mA max.

Current requirement greater than 250 mA:
1 relay coil resistance 75 ohms min.
2 relay coil resistance 150 ohms min.
