Ampire KVX-VITO-H - Camera (CVBS), Mercedes Vito (W447) with tailgate

Vehicle-specific CVBS (NTSC) reversing camera for the Mercedes-Benz Vito from 2016 (W447) with tailgate.
The KVX-VITO-H is simply replaced with the factory brake light glass.
The camera was deliberately not positioned in the middle of the brake light glass so that the camera can also be used when a load carrier is mounted on the tailgate.
