DAB+ digital radio with automatic DAB/UKW switching
The DAB+ tuner receives the extensive range of digitally broadcast radio programs in fantastic quality, free of any background noise - and not just in Germany, as digital broadcasting is now available almost all European countries. “Seamless Blending” enables uninterrupted reception even if the digital signal is temporarily unavailable. The receiver then switches to the corresponding FM station and back again quickly and practically inaudibly. This listening comfort is made possible by a data buffer that permanently stores the digital and analog signals of the selected program and coordinates them when switching.
Comfortable Bluetooth hands-free calling and audio streaming
The Bluetooth module allows safe phone calls during Ride and can be paired with up to two phones at the same time. The voice quality of the hands-free system is noticeably improved through the use of the supplied external microphone, plus sophisticated sound processing to improve intelligibility. Pairing a smartphone for the first time is completely problem-free thanks to “BT Automatic Pairing” for both iPhone and Android and is initially done once via a USB port. The smartphone and car radio are then automatically paired via Bluetooth.
