Important Note

To control this system, use your Audi's original controls. Please note that the new system's operation is inextricably linked to the Audi infotainment system. This means that when you operate our system, you are also controlling the Audi infotainment system in the background.
It is possible that you might accidentally make changes to the Audi system, such as changing the audio source or starting the navigation.
This is not a defect, but rather due to the technical design of the Audi MMI 2G and MMI 3G, where the controls do not operate independently of the system. This is not a fault: This behavior is normal and unfortunately cannot be changed technically. The image is displayed on the entire factory monitor, and the audio is fed in via the audio AUX input or Bluetooth A2DP input of your factory multimedia system. Before ordering, please check whether your factory multimedia system has an audio AUX input or supports Bluetooth A2DP. Our smartphone interface is compatible with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto, making it a smarter and safer way to use your smartphone in the car. Everything is operated via the vehicle's own buttons and controls. Of course, you can also use Siri and OK Google voice control via the included microphone. Everything you want to do with your smartphone while driving can be done directly on the car's display with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto. You can easily get directions, send and receive messages. If your car has a factory-installed hands-free system, you can operate it and make calls using our smartphone integration. While navigating, you can listen to your favorite music, for example via Spotify, or your favorite radio station via a radio app – all while keeping your eyes on the road. Simply connect your smartphone to the USB port in our system and you're ready to go. For even greater convenience, you can connect your Apple iPhone wirelessly via Wi-Fi. Wireless Apple CarPlay® is available from the Apple iPhone 5 onwards. Of course, "Wireless Google Android" is also supported if your Android smartphone has Android 11 and Android Auto 4.8 or higher and 5GHz Wi-Fi. Vehicle Compatibility

Before purchasing and installing, please check whether the product is compatible with your car make, model year, and entertainment system.
Your entertainment system must have an analog audio AUX input for sound playback. Incompatibility may result in damage.
The Audi navigation system may be operated in the background. To prevent problems, please remove the navigation DVD from the Audi drive.

Smartphone Compatibility

ATTENTION: Some manufacturers, such as Samsung, have their own Android-based operating system. Under certain circumstances, "wireless" use may not be possible.

Installation Instructions

This product is used in vehicles with a 12V battery. Please do not install it in vehicles with a different voltage. Never extend the HSD signal wires. This product consists of high-precision parts and should therefore not be subjected to strong impacts. Never open the housing. To protect driving safety and avoid traffic violations, never operate the product while driving. The optional reversing cameras are only visible when maneuvering. Always pay attention to your surroundings and never rely solely on the camera. All installation steps should only be carried out by a qualified professional. The ignition must be switched off during installation, and the product should only be connected to power after all wiring is complete. NEVER plug in or unplug the cables while the device is powered on to avoid damaging the monitor or the product. Route the cables so they do not come into contact with any metal edges. This can damage the wiring and may cause a fire. Avoid any contact with hot surfaces when wiring the main unit. High temperatures can damage the wiring and cause short circuits, arcing, and fires. DO NOT install the product in a humid environment to avoid electric shock, damage, and fire caused by a short circuit. Upon receiving the product, please check that all components are in the packaging. If anything is missing, inform the supplier/manufacturer. Start the engine before loading, check the interface to see if the function is displayed, and check the key to ensure the vehicle interface is working correctly. Please provide feedback to the supplier/manufacturer if you have any questions. Please handle the disassembled vehicle parts carefully during installation and avoid scratching the instrument panel. Unused connectors must be insulated to prevent short circuits. Cable connections should be securely plugged in. Avoid interfering with control components such as the steering wheel, accelerator, and brake pedals.
