 ESX already opened a new chapter in the field of high-end DSP with the award-winning QL812SP.
Not only was the QL812SP, which costs €1,000, named the best DSP "in the under €2,000 class" (test conclusion in Car & Hifi 3/2022) , it was also internationally recognized in Europe with the EISA AWARD 2022-2023 as the best DSP in the IN-CAR SOUND PROCESSORS class.
With the masterful QE812SP, ESX is now set to surpass the QL812SP once again.
First, we must ask the question: Can the 12-channel QL sound processor be improved upon?
The clear answer is YES and
NO. Improving on the QL812SP in the field of digital sound processing is almost impossible.

That's because it already uses two of the best DSP chips currently available from Analog Devices, the ADAU1452. 
So ESX has focused on the features of the new QE812SP model and expanded the DSP with a fully-fledged, standalone HD audio player, which is now integrated into the device as standard. 
This allows virtually lossless audio formats (e.g. FLAC, WAV, AIFF) stored directly on a USB stick or other medium to be played back.
The highlight here is that these files are even better than CD quality, as the sampling rate for hi-res recordings is above 48 kilohertz and the sampling depth is greater than 16 bits.
The player is controlled using the included wireless remote control or, alternatively, the high-quality, optionally available wired remote control. RC-QE with a large LCD display. The player can even be connected to a
monitor or radio with a video input via the existing video output. Bluetooth also allows you
to control the entire DSP via  tablet or smartphone using the "ESX  TOOLKIT" app.
