The passive Morel Hybrid 52 2-way 5" (13cm) speaker system takes its name from the ferrite and neodymium magnets that drive the damped 5-1/4-inch polymer woofer. The woofer benefits greatly from its robust one-piece dust cap and cone structure, and Morel uses the new Hexatech aluminum voice coil technology for better heat dissipation and efficient performance. Morel's Hybrid Series component speakers are known for their reliability and distinctive sound. The MT300 soft dome tweeter, coated with an Acuflex™ compound for maximum damping, contributes to the definition of this speaker system with its warm highs. This system's external MXR crossovers provide the ideal blend of highs and lows for an incredible stereo image. In addition, the tweeter can be adjusted in two stages so you can tailor the sound to your vehicle's environment.
