The MT40WS in UltraSphere™ technology is a very fine-resolution titanium dome tweeter and thus makes a significant contribution to the sound reproduction quality of the M-Line.   
Thanks to the special geometry of the inverted dome tweeter made of pure titanium, the MT40WS has a very wide radiation pattern.
This enables exceptionally good stage imaging in the vehicle without the loss of sound information, especially when the listening position is not on the axis of the tweeter, which can certainly be the case with vehicle installations.
The powerful neodymium magnet drive guarantees uncompromising performance and the generously dimensioned connecting wires ensure loss-free signal transmission.
The most striking feature of the MT40WS is the nano-ceramic coating of the titanium dome.
< /span>With its intentionally uneven structure, this increases both the damping and the stiffness of the membrane and thus effectively suppresses internal resonance phenomena or shifts them to frequency ranges that are inaudible to the human ear.
This makes the frequency response even more linear and thus enables music enjoyment that is absolutely free of discolouration and at the same time highly detailed.

The crossovers of the M-Line harmoniously combine all components of the respective speaker system. 
A generous circuit board layout guarantees minimal interactions of the components used within the circuit.
Through the Due to the generally very high quality of all components used and their well thought-out arrangement, the M-Line crossovers are exceptional neutral link in the chain between amplifier and loudspeaker.
The signal is thus only distributed to the individual drivers without any further loss of sound quality.
For processing the particularly delicate high-frequency signals only the highest-quality film capacitors are used.
In the middle and low frequencies, audio-frequency electrolytic capacitors come with particularly tight tolerances to use. The coils have been optimally optimized in terms of design and specification for their respective application in order to reduce signal distortions to an absolute minimum The sound level of the tweeter (and in the 3-way system also the mid-range speaker) can be lowered in different stages.
In this way, the systems can be perfectly adapted to the individual installation situation in the vehicle.

The MM 4008 midrange driver and the MW 6508 woofer both have  nano-ceramic coated  polypropylene cones with optimized cone geometry. 
Thanks to this special geometry, the frequency response of the speakers is optimized, which is particularly beneficial for the mid-range and enables a linear frequency response overall.
On the one hand, the nano-ceramic coating increases the rigidity of the membrane for additional stability when subjected to greater stress (e.g. due to high volume levels) and also helps to dampen disruptive resonances within the cone material.
The MM The 4008 midrange features a 25mm edge-wound flat wire voice coil, while the MM6508 woofer is powered by a 38mm edge-wound flat wire voice coil.
As a result, the magnetic field is used in the best possible way and non-linear distortion is reduced to a minimum, which means that a maximum of undistorted dynamics and level reserves are available in every situation.
Gold-coated connection terminals on the speaker baskets guarantee low contact resistance for optimal connection to the hi-fi chain.
Both speakers have a very compact high-performance neodymium magnet system with internal magnet.
The pole core within the magnet system has been optimized using FEM technology to maximize the yield of the magnetic field and to keep the magnetic field constant in the area through which the voice coil moves. This technical effort increases the range in which the voice coil moves linearly and brings the sound reproduction to a real high-end level.
The speaker baskets themselves are made of aluminum and were designed in such a way that they also act as heat conductors.
The heat that emanates from the  voice coil is absorbed by the magnet system and dissipated to the surrounding air via the large cooling fins of the speaker basket.
