S-Series 10 cm (4-inch) 2-way component speaker system

The newly designed and Hi-Res Audio certified S-Series S2-S40C 10 cm component speakers of the S-Series offer a new standard for premium sound performance in the entry-level segment.
By using highly effective materials and proprietary design elements, we have packed the highest level of performance into these speakers.
The lightweight woofer membrane, made from a combination of polypropylene, fiberglass and mica, delivers the sound required for  high-res audio .
And all this with high performance and low distortion.
The speakers of the Alpine S series are now equipped with larger magnets .
This offers significantly higher resilience and improved sound in the mid bass range.
The high-amplitude multi-roll surround (H.A.M.R.) of the woofer ensures optimal bass reproduction by allowing maximum movement of the membrane.
A 2 cm  dome tweeter provides all the details in the treble range that you missed from your factory speakers.
Alpine S-Series speakers are available in coaxial and component versions and are offered in different sizes, e.g. B. 20 cm, 16.5 cm, 13 cm, 10 cm, 6x9 inches and 6x8 inches.
