The newly developed UG VAG 25 plug & play tweeter from the ETON Upgrade series is compatible with various VAG / VW models from 2008 with the MQB standard, e.g., the Polo V, Golf 6 and 8, E-Golf, Tiguan, and Caddy. The 25 mm (1") ETON tweeter can be easily replaced with the original tweeter in the A-pillar thanks to its specific 3-point mount. The special VAG-specific, precisely fitting double connectors enable quick installation.
The UG VAG 25 impresses with smooth and unobtrusive, contoured treble reproduction. The finest treble details are reproduced with ease – and are suitable for long-distance travel! A low resonance frequency of 1.2 kHz speaks for itself.
The UG VAG 25 is equipped with a powerful neodymium magnet with multi-stage damping and a vented 25 mm voice coil. The specially coated fabric dome ensures optimal omnidirectional dispersion thanks to the new dome geometry.
In addition, specially tuned cable crossovers equipped with high-quality components ensure perfect coupling to the woofer/midrange driver. The crossovers are space-saving and easy to install. They feature level adjustment of 0 dB and +3 dB, each with 12 dB/octave.
The UG VAG 25 is made in Germany and harmonizes perfectly with the ETON UG VAG 14 woofer/midrange driver - a perfect bundle for VAG vehicles.
