Small subwoofers are big in fashion. With the ATW16 and ATW20 models, AXTON has two universally applicable subwoofer chassis, which can be installed in a bass reflex subwoofer housing or used as woofers in a 3-way system.
The stiff fiberglass / foam / paper sandwich cone in conjunction with the powerful 120 mm magnetic drive provides a powerful sound and low-frequency reproduction. The back vented steel basket and pole plate with center hole increase the cooling capacity for the 1.5“ voice coil, resulting in a nominal power handling of 75 W RMS. The 2 x 2 ohms voice coil also makes various useful connection variants possible.
Other features include the use of durable Connex spiders, rubber surrounds, and corrosion resistant, gold plated terminals.
