The VISION series has been enhanced with the addition of the completely newly developed V1600A active subwoofer. During the development of this sound system, particular attention was paid to rich and precise bass with small cabinet dimensions, which was perfectly achieved with the optimally tuned 20 cm (8") active woofer and the passive woofer of the same size opposite it. Compared to conventional bass reflex systems, this concept provides more deep bass with less noise at a relatively small volume. The compact but extremely solid enclosure of the ESX CUBE is made of 5 mm thick extruded aluminum. The two sturdy protective grilles protect the woofers. Thanks to the ingenious mounting system, the "miracle cube" is very easy to install. A sturdy base plate with guide rails is fixed in the trunk and the enclosure is simply slid onto it. The advantage here is that the sound system can be removed from the vehicle at any time if the space is needed for other purposes at short notice. The integrated Class A/B amplifier is equipped with high-level inputs and an automatic switch-on function and delivers up to 300 watts of music power. The included cable remote control can be used to adjust the bass level, low-pass filter, and phase.
