The 25 cm (10-inch) S-W10D4 subwoofer is designed for up to 600 watts RMS. The redesigned carbon fiber and polypropylene cone ensures low weight and stability, while the H.A.M.R. Rubber surround (High Amplitude Multi-Roll) ensures maximum deflection and impressive control. Practical jumpers make it easy to optimally adjust your system from 2x 2 ohms to 1x 4 ohms impedance (in series) or from 2x 2 ohms to 1x 1 ohms impedance (parallel). This subwoofer is equally suitable for ventilated and closed subwoofer enclosures. This allows you to tune your enclosure to your own requirements for a powerful, deep or tight and precise bass.

Performance & Power
With an impressive power handling of 600W RMS and a peak power handling of 1800W, the 12-inch subwoofers offer an excellent level of performance. With a wide frequency range of 23Hz to 215Hz and a sensitivity of 85dB (SPL@1W/1m), these subwoofers provide powerful and precise bass reproduction for many music genres.
H.A.M.R. Surround
The new S-Series subwoofers feature Alpine High Amplitude Multi-Roll (H.A.M.R.) surround technology. This rubber surround ensures that the subwoofer cone moves air efficiently and is guided stably. This technology enables deflection in one direction of up to 15 mm, giving the subwoofer incredible resilience.

The lightweight yet robust combination of carbon fiber and polypropylene delivers deep, low-distortion bass that underlines the depth and fullness of your music.
Flexible applications
A dual voice coil (DVC) with practical jumpers allows for many applications for the S-Series subwoofers. A new twist-lock grille mounting system for additional cone protection allows an optional grille to be easily attached and removed without the need for mounting screws.
Perfect amplifier performance
Maximize the potential of your S-Series subwoofers with Alpine's perfectly matched S-Series amplifiers. You can easily drive one S2-W10D2 subwoofer with the 600-watt mono amplifier S2-A60M , or you can connect one or more S2-W10D2 subwoofers with the powerful 1200-watt amplifier S2-A120M. This ensures optimal sound quality and performance stability.

The new S-Series subwoofers are available in 12-inch, 10-inch and 8-inch sizes and are offered with 2x 2Ω and 2x 4Ω impedances.
