The 10-inch marine subwoofers HMS 10 B-2 (white) BC (black) are designed for an infinite baffle application.
The 2-ohm configuration makes optimal use of the amplifier power.
It relieves the main speakers from the hard work of reproducing the lowest frequency range and adds bass output and punch to maximize overall system performance.
The FEM-optimized HMS 10 B high excursion mobile device with a 50 mm (2 inch) voice coil is driven by a massive magnet group to achieve perfect control even at very high sound pressure levels. Designed and tested for the real application environment (UV, salt mist, vibration, water spray, thermal shock, dust), HMS 10 B-C2 is naturally resistant.
The advanced aramid fiber spider with silicone insulated lead wires ensures durability and consistent performance over time.
The gold plated corrosion resistant brass terminals with silicone cap protect the connection point.

Meeting the stringent ASTM-D4329 standards for UV resistance, all materials used in Hertz Marine products are designed to withstand UV damage while out on the open sea.
SALT WATER AND FOG RESISTANT
To meet the standards required by ASTM-B117, Hertz Marine products are tested with massive salt mist spray to ensure complete to ensure corrosion resistance typical of this atmospheric agent.
