With a total weight of just 2.8 kg, the SL300A active system is the ideal solution for sound reinforcement in small vehicles in the spare wheel well (15 inches and above). The low weight is made possible by the use of break-resistant ABS plastic, which has excellent sound-absorbing properties. The housing contains a specially developed 13 cm subwoofer with a strong magnet and a highly resilient, very long-wound 38 mm voice coil. Thanks to the very high linear excursion and the sophisticated bass reflex channel, this compact system produces bass like a "BIG" one! In addition to the integrated amplifier for the bass, it is possible to connect two additional full-range speakers to the free stereo amplifier outputs, e.g. to provide existing factory speakers with more power.
